In the case your request for consultation is accepted but post-payment due to unexpected reasons, your request for consultation is rejected or cancelled; you will be given an option of opting for another request for consultation OR will be offered a 100% refund, whichever user wants. The refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days.
It is mandatory for the users to maintain Transaction ID numbers, which would be provided at the time of booking an appointment. This number would be required to address these problems, if any.
Apart from the mentioned cases, there is no other situation under which UltraLawyer will provide a refund, except for the condition expressly mentioned under Refund Policy. In exceptional circumstances, the UltraLawyer.in team will work with you to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
UltraLawyer wants to be fair and reasonable in resolving such circumstances in order to maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with its consumers and lawyers. The maximum refund amount claimable from UltraLawyer cannot exceed the original amount paid by the user at UltraLawyer for availing the Lawyer's service(s).
No refund will be entertained in the case of amount paid to the Lawyer directly by the user.UltraLawyer shall not be responsible in those cases.
Please note that there will be a nominal deduction (15%) in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank account that was used to make the payment.
